The Cognito 102 mm (4") Metallic EODD Pump is the largest and most powerful model in the Cognito Metallic EODD range. Powered by a 10 HP / 7.5 KW electric motor, this high-capacity sealless pump delivers maximum flow rates for the most demanding industrial transfer applications while achieving up to 75% energy savings over traditional AODD pumps. The patented oversized diaphragm design, hardened stainless steel stopper cages, and dual shaft seals ensure reliable, safe operation even with abrasive slurries and viscous fluids.
Manufactured by Warren Rupp Inc. (IDEX Corporation), the 102 mm EODD is the flagship of the Cognito metallic range. It eliminates compressed air infrastructure entirely while delivering consistent, high-volume flow for bulk chemical transfer, large-scale slurry handling, and high-throughput manufacturing operations. Standard leak detection probes with PLC communication and automatic shutoff ensure safe unattended operation. Compatible with Cognito Pulsation Dampeners and the Smart Insights IoT platform for complete process control and 24/7 remote monitoring.
