Viking Rotary Lobe Pumps (SteriLobe / Classic+ / MultiPump)

The rotary lobe principle uses two timed rotors with multi-lobed profiles rotating without contact in a rotorcase. The non-contacting design eliminates wear regardless of product viscosity, making the pump suitable for products from thin solvents to high-viscosity creams, pastes and gels. 316L stainless steel wetted parts (with other alloy options) and a wide selection of seals (single, single-flushed, double mechanical, single O-ring) provide configuration flexibility. Multiple porting options — hygienic threaded, tri-clamp and industrial flanges — suit pharma, food, beverage, dairy, personal-care and chemical applications.
