Richter Overflow / Pressure Relief & Thermal Expansion Valves
Richter Overflow / Pressure Relief Valves are bellows-sealed PFA / PTFE lined valves engineered for over-pressure protection, system overflow and thermal-expansion relief of corrosive process fluids. Sizes DN 15 to DN 100, set pressures 0.2 to 25 bar.
Spring-loaded design with bellows-sealed bonnet eliminates leakage paths for toxic and corrosive media. Three operating modes available: overflow (modulating), pressure relief (lift-off) and thermal expansion (small-volume relief). Genuine PFA / PTFE lining bonded to ductile-iron body for chemical compatibility from concentrated acids to caustic alkalis.
