Dupro PTDMP Plunger Type Dosing Metering Pumps
The Dupro PTDMP is a robust, positive displacement plunger type dosing and metering pump designed for precise chemical injection at high pressures. With capacity ranging from 100 ml/hr to 15,000 litres per hour and discharge pressure up to 1,000 kg/cm², these API-675 compliant pumps deliver metering accuracy within ±1%. Available in a wide range of exotic alloys including SS-304, SS-316, Hastelloy, Titanium, Monel, and Inconel, the PTDMP handles corrosive, viscous, and high-temperature fluids from -20°C to +300°C.
Manufactured by Dupro Engineering Private Limited, Ahmedabad (ISO 9001:2000 certified), the PTDMP series features flushing and cooling arrangements for gland packing and plunger, multiple head configurations including jacketed heads for hot/viscous liquids, and various non-return valve options. The plunger can be Chrome, Colmony, Boron, Ceramic-coated, or Solid Ceramic depending on the fluid being handled. With a pressure relief valve as standard for system safety, these pumps are the ideal choice for precise chemical dosing in chemical processing, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, water treatment, and power generation applications.
