Cognito Metallic EODD Pumps are electric-operated double-diaphragm pumps engineered for the safe handling of fluids and slurries across chemical, food, paint, mining and water-treatment applications. Available in 25 mm (1"), 51 mm (2"), 76 mm (3") and 101 mm (4") port sizes with aluminium, stainless steel or cast iron wetted parts.

Unlike air-operated AODD pumps, Cognito EODD pumps use an electric motor with a patented mechanical drive that converts rotation into the reciprocating diaphragm motion — eliminating compressed-air infrastructure cost and reducing energy consumption by up to 90%. The patented diaphragm features a larger diameter and shorter stroke for extended service life. Secondary static seals and integrated leak-detector sensors provide safety in hazardous fluid handling. IoT-ready platform allows remote monitoring of pump health, flow and pressure.
