Richter Magnetic Drive Chemical Process Pumps
Richter Magnetic Drive Chemical Process Pumps are fluoroplastic-lined, sealless centrifugal pumps designed for the safe and efficient transfer of corrosive, toxic, and hazardous chemicals. Available in three duty classes — MNK (heavy duty), RM (medium duty), and QMD (standard duty) — these pumps use permanent magnet coupling to eliminate mechanical seals entirely, achieving zero fugitive emissions. With PFA, PTFE, or FEP lining and an eddy-current-free CFRP/PTFE containment shell, they deliver exceptional chemical resistance and energy efficiency.
Manufactured by Richter Chemie-Technik GmbH, Germany, with over 65 years of expertise in fluoroplastic-lined equipment, these pumps feature the proprietary SAFEGLIDE PLUS dry-running optimized SSiC bearings and SmCo/NdFeB permanent magnets. The sealless magnetic drive design eliminates all seal-related maintenance, leakage risks, and environmental compliance concerns, making them the safest choice for handling aggressive acids, caustics, solvents, and hazardous chemicals in chemical processing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and other critical industries.
