Variable-speed drive maintains constant outlet pressure across varying demand, eliminating overhead-tank requirements. Pressure vessel buffers small flow variations and reduces pump cycling. Skid-mounted design speeds installation and pre-tested as a unit ensures reliable operation.

Available HYPN System Variants

Four pre-engineered configurations of the HYPN packaged hydro-pneumatic system — from fully fixed-speed to fully VFD-controlled and IoT-monitored. Selection depends on demand profile, energy goals and remote-monitoring needs.

HYPN — Fixed Speed System All pump sets operate at fixed speed. Designed for applications with relatively constant flow at constant set pressure. Most economical entry-level configuration.

Cascade System — Single VFD One pump on Variable Frequency Drive plus remaining pumps at fixed speed. Suited for varying flow demand — energy savings vs full fixed-speed at moderate cost.

All VFD System Every pump set runs on synchronized VFD — maintains constant pressure across widely varying flow with maximum energy savings & smooth operation.

KirloSmart — IoT Monitoring IoT-enabled smart variant for remote system status, performance analytics & predictive maintenance. Available as add-on to any of the three systems above.
