Dupro HADDP Hydraulically Actuated Diaphragm Dosing Pumps
The Dupro HADDP is a hydraulically actuated diaphragm dosing pump that combines the high-pressure capability of plunger pumps with the leak-free safety of diaphragm technology. Available in single and double diaphragm configurations, the HADDP delivers capacity from 0.5 to 60,000 litres per hour at discharge pressures up to 1,000 kg/cm². The hydraulic system provides precise, uniform diaphragm deflection for accurate metering of toxic, hazardous, and corrosive chemicals where zero leakage is critical.
Manufactured by Dupro Engineering Private Limited, Ahmedabad, the HADDP series (models HADDP 01 through HADDP 05) bridges the gap between mechanical diaphragm pumps (limited to 12 kg/cm²) and plunger pumps (which can leak through gland packing). The hydraulic oil cushion ensures uniform diaphragm loading, prevents diaphragm over-deflection, and provides inherent overpressure protection. The double diaphragm version adds a leak detection chamber between two diaphragms for an additional safety layer when handling extremely toxic or hazardous fluids. Available in both metallic and non-metallic construction for complete chemical compatibility.
