Kirloskar DBxe / DB Large End Suction Process Pumps
The Kirloskar DBxe / DB Large series are heavy-duty end suction process pumps designed for demanding industrial and chemical process applications. With capacity up to 1,400 m³/hr (6,160 USgpm), head up to 160 metres (525 ft), and delivery size up to 150 mm, these pumps feature a back pull-out design conforming to DIN 24256 and ISO 2858 standards. Available with COW/GRACE stainless steel impellers for superior corrosion resistance. Temperature range 0°C to 140°C.
Manufactured by Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL), the DBxe / DB Large series is engineered for chemical process, industrial water, cooling water, and general transfer applications where reliability and dimensional standardisation are critical. The back pull-out design allows complete rotating assembly removal without disturbing the piping, reducing maintenance downtime significantly. COW (Corocoat) and GRACE stainless steel impellers provide enhanced resistance to corrosion and erosion, extending pump life in aggressive media. Available with gland packing or mechanical seal, and SO4/CH2/S2 material configurations.
